Changing rooms/Showers refurb at Old Penarthians RFC. Hopefully will see through the next generation of Pen winners!

Works Included:

  • Strip and Prepare existing wall and floor surfaces
  • Decommission old shower and heating system
  • Decommission old electrical wiring
  • Install water resistant cladding system to all walls
  • Tile all floor areas
  • Install push button showers to communal shower area including new mixers with 2 x shower cubicles in referee changing room​
  • Install new male and females toilets including WC's, waterless urinals, sinks and hand dryers
  • New radiators to all changing rooms
  • Rewire electrical system to include sensored LED lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms and power sockets
  • Construct and install timber benching and clothes hooks to all changing areas
  • Decorate

Our jobs can include smaller scale works such as Plastering a room, Fitting a built in wardrobe, maintenance or Kitchen and Bathroom installations through to larger projects including new builds, extensions and renovations taken from design through to completion .
